Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate daily operations including logistics, delivery scheduling, and documentation Ensure timely and accurate data entry into internal systems Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Accounts, Sales) and external parties (e.g., suppliers, customers) Monitor inventory and equipment movement Resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, documentation errors, or customer complaints Support monthly closing activities and reporting Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety standards

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field 2-3 years of experience in operations or logistics Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
