\xc2\xb7 Managed a team of at least 50 in the past \xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders \xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment, and ability to navigate through ambiguity \xc2\xb7 Experience in Map Ops domain \xc2\xb7 Proactively provide feedback/learnings to the Project manager Attention to detail -- ability to work with spreadsheets and do basic analysis \xc2\xb7 Process-oriented able to clearly document processes Detailed JD \xc2\xb7 Manage small team of local drivers \xc2\xb7 Create and deliver daily work packets to local drivers \xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot vehicle and operational issues and escalate system wide issues when necessary \xc2\xb7 Monitor daily production and quality, collect and analyse data in order to recognize trends and potential problem areas \xc2\xb7 Schedule preventative maintenance for cars \xc2\xb7 Plan and execute all driver training and new operational launches \xc2\xb7 Interface with Vendor manager to continually improve overall operations process \xc2\xb7 Plan driver schedules based on scope completion \xc2\xb7 May need to interact with members of the public, press or local law enforcement Job Type: Permanent Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month Schedule:
