Perform routine maintenance for overall PV System; Carry out and test PV System to verify performance, functionality and condition; Perform minor repair and troubleshooting on the faulty PV System component; Liaise effectively with site administration, including site supervisor and control of material/plants on site; Responsible for all safety aspects at the side, including monitoring Sub-Contractor Safety; Responsible for data collection, work order engagement and summary report. Responsible for providing general supervision of Sub-Contractors at site; Use technical knowledge and experience to optimixe site performance/rectify site issues; Determine daily schedules and assignments for work activities, including execution; To supervise and monitor site workers\' efficiency and productivity of progrees site; Monitor tool and part inventories; Investigate accidents and injuries; Prepare execution plan (time,equpment, material) according to maintenance schedule; Report daily activities to the Management and customer in timely manner; Provides guidance, training and direction to subordinates; Record O&M equipment and tools usage and returns schedule; Perform all other job dutiesas assigned by O&M Manager and/or his or her designate.
