Key Responsibilities

Follow up on trends and developments in watch retail industry, ensure retail objectives are met and smooth running of boutiques daily operations Build and maintain good working relationship with brand partners and customers Work closely with marketing team and execute activities including new product launches and related events at floor level Ensure retail team respects and adheres to Company's SOPs and service guidelines Manage planning and execution of new store openings, pop up, exhibitions and renovation work Ensure standard of visual merchandising at respective boutiques according to brands/company guidelines Lead boutiques meetings and briefings, ensure appropriate customer care and monitor after sales service Responsible for retail audit checks and stock take exercises, monitor stock levels and movement Monitor boutiques maintenance and image, coordinate with mall managements on licenses and maintenance Responsible for retail staff recruitment, training and disciplinary management Analyze and verify vendor quotations and invoices, prepare market reports, sales reports and commission reports
Key Requirements

3-Must-have

At least 10 years experience in retail industry Luxury retail background (fashion, jewelry, or airline industry) Strong leadership and team management skills, Mandarin Speaker required (prefer Chinese candidate)

2-Good-to-have

Experience dealing with Chinese clientele and luxury watch industry Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail operations management

Working Arrangement

Working location: Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur Working days: 5 Working hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM, Off Weekend & PH
