Job Description
It\'s a crucial role in global trade and logistics which refers to transportation of goods via sea vessels, typically in standardised containers.
This role enabling the efficient movement of goods across vast distances.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Proficient knowledge and experience in managing imports and exports operations.
- Take the lead in engaging with managing strategic customer interfaces, particularly with key accounts.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with carrier contacts and monitoring on the performance of carriers.
- Work closely with various departments including Business Development, Marketing & Sales, Air Freight, Value-Added Services, and Financial Controlling
- Continuous improvement

- Bachelor\'s Degree in any field.
- 10-12 years of experience in the Logistics industry.
- 5 years as a managerial experience.
- Excellent leadership to manage and lead the operation team
- Strong abilities in planning and organising
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
