Job Description

1. Supply Chain & Logistics

Coordinate import/export documentation, shipping schedules, and customs clearance.

Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouses for smooth cargo movement.

Monitor stock in transit, track delivery timelines, and ensure on-time arrivals.

Handle discrepancies in shipment (shortages, damages, delays).

2. Inventory & Warehouse Management

Oversee incoming and outgoing goods (receiving, storing, dispatching).

Monitor stock levels and update inventory records in system.

Work with warehouse team to maintain proper storage, FIFO/FEFO practices (important for F&B).

Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile variances.

3. Order Processing & Coordination

Process sales and purchase orders accurately.

Ensure timely order fulfillment to customers.

Coordinate with suppliers for product availability, lead times, and order confirmation.

Support sales team with delivery schedules and stock updates.

4. Quality & Compliance

Ensure all F&B products comply with food safety standards and company policies.

Maintain records of COA (Certificate of Analysis), HALAL certs, and product specifications.

Assist in handling customer complaints related to quality or delivery.

5. Administration & Reporting

Maintain proper filing of shipping documents, invoices, and contracts.

Prepare regular reports on stock movement, shipment status, and operational efficiency.

Assist in cost control for freight, warehousing, and handling charges.
