Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare lease documentation and manage equipment orders for lease schedules.
  • Communicate directly with vendors and customers, ensuring smooth progress of ongoing leases until completion.
  • Record and maintain detailed information about leased assets in the appropriate systems while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Offer administrative support to the sales team during the lease process.
  • Facilitate coordination between different office departments to ensure efficient workflow and proper documentation of processes.
  • Aid the Funding manager in preparing funding-related documentation and maintaining funding facilities.
  • Provide general support for system-related matters and data entry as needed, along with handling any other ad hoc tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Able to communicate in Chinese
