Job Description


The Operations Officer is responsible to:

  • Follow up with drivers regarding claims.
  • Plan the trips for linehaul/local trips.
  • Update the trips for linehaul/local trips.
  • Monitor the toll fare for the drivers.
  • Record drivers\xe2\x80\x99 attendance.
  • Key in diesel receipts in the system.
  • Complete any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

; Requirements: -

  • Possesses basic knowledge and working experience in e-commerce, transportation, logistics, and/or supply chain operations.
  • Good time management, reliable, responsible, pays attention to detail, and an effective problem solver.
  • Able to work in shift rotations.
  • Able to work during weekends and/or Public Holidays (if required).
