Job Description
The Operations Officer is responsible to:
- Follow up with drivers regarding claims.
- Plan the trips for linehaul/local trips.
- Update the trips for linehaul/local trips.
- Monitor the toll fare for the drivers.
- Record drivers\xe2\x80\x99 attendance.
- Key in diesel receipts in the system.
- Complete any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
; Requirements: -
- Possesses basic knowledge and working experience in e-commerce, transportation, logistics, and/or supply chain operations.
- Good time management, reliable, responsible, pays attention to detail, and an effective problem solver.
- Able to work in shift rotations.
- Able to work during weekends and/or Public Holidays (if required).
