Supervise and monitor daily security operations at client sites.
Prepare duty schedules and ensure guards' attendance and discipline.
Conduct regular and spot site inspections.
Handle client complaints and provide prompt feedback.
Prepare daily patrol and monthly operation reports.
Assist in the recruitment and placement of security personnel.
Act as liaison between the company and clients on all security matters.
Requirements:
Malaysian citizen, male only.
Age between 25-45 years old.
Possess a valid
D driving license
and own transport.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in security operations or related field.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ex-police or ex-army personnel are
encouraged to apply

Able to work overtime and travel to outstation sites when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
