Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day production of candles, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Help monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Identify and suggest improvements to streamline operations and reduce waste.
• Assist in processing and packaging orders for retail and corporate clients.
• Monitor product quality during the production process.

• Ability to identify and solve operational issues.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift objects.
• Meticulous in ensuring the quality and consistency of products.
• Understanding of sustainable production practices and a commitment to reducing waste.
• Proactive in identifying and solving bottlenecks in the production process.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, team player & able to work autonomously.
