Manage daily RPA user support for Level 1 (L1) issues
Manage daily RPA user support & escalations for Level 2 (L2) issues
Manage application delivery and maintenance, change request & exception handling to ensure proper functioning of the application systems and to meet business needs
Assist daily operations, including managing \xe2\x80\x98bots\xe2\x80\x99 up time, load balancing, troubleshooting and other process operation related matters
Key Responsibilities:
Applications Architecture
Perform planning/enhancement of RPA solutions using UiPAth
Perform refinement on applications development and management methodologies
Application and Systems Development
Support of IT application development functions (plan, organize, outsource management and monitor development projects according to set standards)
Services include application customization and integration, user training, installation, live implementation support and maintenance.
Application customization includes analysis of customization requests and writing of amendment/program specifications, designing, coding and testing of complex programs.
Applications Maintenance and Support
Provide daily RPA user support for Level 1 (L1) issues
Provide daily RPA user support & escalations for Level 2 (L2) issues
Coordinate with RPA developer in managing / improving exception handling
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Minimum Degree in IT.
- Trained or certified in either programs (Visual Studio, C Sharp, JAVA)
-More than 5 years experience in system development and maintenance, managing IT support, application development for the banking industry or IT Shared Services * Interpersonal and communication skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong knowledge in Windows OS/server functions
Strong technical skillsets in problem solving, testing and support
