We are now looking for one key person to work closely with the Founder to manage daily operations and support business strategy execution.

Main Responsibilities:
To assist the Founder in
managing daily operations
of the company.
To work closely with the Founder as a key support role, managing daily priorities, coordination, follow-ups and execution across operations.
To coordinate and monitor
student, parent, and tutor operations
.
To ensure operational tasks are completed
accurately, on time, and according to SOP
.
To assist in
planning, organising, and executing business activities and programs
.
To help track tasks, follow-ups, deadlines, and internal workflows.
To act as a
bridge between the Founder and the team
.
To assist in
problem-solving and process improvement
.
Any other tasks as directed by the Founder.

Skills & Requirements:
Minimum
Diploma
(Degree is an advantage).
Experience in
operations, admin, customer service, education, or management
is an advantage.
Good communication skills (Bahasa Melayu & basic English).
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and basic systems.
Able to organise information, data, and tasks neatly.
Possess laptop.
Able to work in Seri Iskandar, Perak.

Working Style Expectations:
This role works closely with the Founder and requires
flexibility in working hours
. Tasks and support needs may arise outside standard office hours. This role is
not suitable for candidates who require strictly fixed working hours
.
This role requires a
high level of availability, flexibility and commitment
, as it works closely with the Founder. It is
best suited
for candidates who are able to
prioritise work commitments
at this stage.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am - 1.00pm
(Flexible when needed, based on operational requirements)

Salary & Benefits:
Probation salary:
RM2,500
After probation:
RM2,800 - RM3,000 (based on performance)
EPF, SOCSO & SIP.
Full-time position.
Training and close guidance provided.
