Ensure smooth operations on daily basis.
Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Manage a fleet of in-house driver, plan delivery routes, and ensure the daily delivery are on time & run smoothly.
Leading projects aimed at improving manufacturing Execellence and reducing costs.
Check stock and organize stock.
Ensure that outlet and equipment are always kept clean, attractive, and in compliance.
Monitor employee productivity and coaching.
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their delegated task.
Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
motivate employee to improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
To ensure workplace is safe and provide good working environment for worker.
Prepare reports on operational performance.

Required Experience

At least 2 years of working experience in the supervision sector or related field
Computer literacy, good in leadership & handling workers.
Strong communication skill

Preferred Education

Possess in SPM with 2 years\' experience or diploma in facility management or any field.
Required language Bahasa Malaysia, English, mandarin is advantage.
