Job Description


  • Handling Sales Administration, Daily Operation Activities and Customer Supports
  • Handling Pricing Agreement, Sales Contract and Commercial requirements
  • To support in office business operation, documentation & follow up on day-to-day RFQ including quoted submissions
  • To prepare & submit timely commercial proposal for inquiry or tender
  • To prepare quotation in response to the inquiries received
  • To closely monitor status of goods delivery until invoicing to end client
  • Perform shipment coordination with suppliers, vendors and customers
  • Prepare sales and purchase order planning duties including order processing both for customers and suppliers respectively (both local and overseas)
  • Ensure proper record filling and documentation
  • On the job training will be provided
  • To perform other duties / assignments at such time and in such manner as company may from time to time direct
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree any field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Self-disciplined, good time management skills and able to regularly remain productive in timeline constraint.
  • Must be team-oriented, extremely motivated and able to work independently.
  • Computer literacy: MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point).
  • At least 1 year of working experience in oil and gas industry or related field is required for this position.
