Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.

• Plan and organize driver\'s schedule including Festive Holidays Calendar to ensure the required workforce is available to perform the scheduled deliveries and collections.
• Accountable for delivery operations to ensure on time delivery and zero service failures.
• Daily monitoring of driver\'s attendance, absenteeism and Work Rest Hours and ensuring all drivers\' records are kept up-to-date including license expiry or renewal requirements.
• Conduct compulsory daily driver de-brief and submit report.
• Daily Petty Cash - Reconciliation for disbursements for verification by Client Manager for submission to Finance for reimbursement.
• Daily monitoring of fleet and equipment, arrange and plan preventive maintenance, arrange repairs when breakdown occurs in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or certificate in business study or equivalent.
• Preferably with 5 years of experience in private sector logistics.
• Supervisory working experience in operations management.
• Understanding and knowledge in supply chain / logistics management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
