Job Overview

We are a truck and bus assembly company seeking a hands-on and responsible

Supervisor

to manage daily operations and support the technical workflow. This role requires strong leadership, physical involvement in assembly tasks, and the ability to handle high-pressure challenges.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of

15 assembly workers

Assist with

loading and unloading

parts from containers Plan and manage daily and weekly production schedules Ensure all trucks and buses meet

quality and safety standards

Perform

programming, calibration, and final inspection

before delivery Handle logistics and coordination of parts and materials Communicate with customers on assembly-related matters Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment Prepare daily reports and production documentation Take on challenging tasks and support urgent operational needs Able to drive forklift

Requirements

Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or assembly is an advantage Strong leadership and team management skills Physically able to support loading/unloading tasks Basic technical knowledge in vehicle assembly or wiring Able to work independently and under pressure Computer literacy (basic reporting & scheduling) Responsible, disciplined, and proactive
