Work as part of the production team, operating rubber moulding machinery for the manufacture of moulded rubber products which include blank preparation, moulding, trimming and finishing, quality inspection and packaging.

To support the Production Team Leader to achieve the departmental objectives, in relation to HSE, quality, productivity and waste targets.

Ensure housekeeping and safety of cell production in accordance with WMM\xe2\x80\x99s SHE procedure and best practices.

\xc2\xb7 Focus Area: Description

Perform Single Piece Flow or Linear Production starting from blank preparation, moulding, trimming and finishing, quality check and packaging of finished products in accordance with WMM\xe2\x80\x99s best practices and HSE policy.

\xc2\xb7 Focus Area: Description

Ensure cell production targets and daily plan are manufactured in timely manner and to required specification.

Ensure cell production equipment and machinery are maintained in accordance with WMM\xe2\x80\x99s TPM policy
