Job Accountability of Die Bank DL: To pack lots per Wafer Packing list requirement. To arrange OSAT shipment and issue lot for in-house Assembly. Co-ordinate with Kitting/Store for incoming/outgoing lots. To follow production control scheduling. To maximize productivity. To meet shitfly goal and track output number. To count physical wafer quantity and perform BEF / ADP2 / LTC lot accpetance in website. To support weekly CCA cycle count. To vacuum seal lot. To move subprocess (Offline, Backgrind, WBC & AOI) location in ADSV Promis before/after each process. Issue and control Indirect material inventory. Key in downtime system (Carousel/ wafer autohandling machine) Education and Experience Minimum SPM holder. Able to communicate in English & Malay (verbal and written) Must have good vision. Must have a good learning skill. Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
