Job Description
- Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing staycation at our hotel. - Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances. - Checking the availability of accommodation on the customers\xe2\x80\x99 desired travel dates. - Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers. - Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations. - Act as operator to pick up call
