Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Operations
Operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment and perform basic manual assembly tasks. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate and consistent production output.
2. Quality Inspection
Inspect wafers and chips for defects using microscopes and inspection tools. Accurately record inspection results and promptly report any abnormalities or quality issues.
3. Material Handling
Handle, load, and unload wafers and production materials safely according to procedures. Ensure proper tracking and movement of materials within the production area.
4. Machine Monitoring & Basic Maintenance
Monitor machine performance during operation. Perform basic cleaning, simple resets, and report machine errors or abnormalities immediately.
Job Requirements
Female candidates preferred (due to the nature of delicate manual work and customer requirements). Able to work 8-hour shifts with
up to 3 hours of overtime
(normal or rotating shifts).Preferred Skills & Attributes
Good hand-eye coordination for fine, repetitive, and precision-based tasks. Responsible, disciplined, and reliable with strong attendance. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment. Willingness and ability to strictly follow SOPs and quality standards.
