Operate lamination machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Set up machine parameters such as temperature, speed, pressure, and adhesive application based on job specifications.
Load raw materials (films, foils, paper, adhesives, etc.) and ensure proper alignment and tension control.
Monitor the lamination process to ensure consistent product quality and machine performance.
Perform routine quality checks and measurements (e.g., bond strength, alignment, appearance).
Identify and report any machine malfunctions, material issues, or quality deviations.
Assist in basic maintenance and cleaning of the lamination machine.
Record production data including materials used, machine settings, downtime, and output.
Follow all safety regulations and company policies during operations.
