Job Description

Responsibilities:

To do daily checking on ink room ensure in good condition, maintain cleanliness and safety requirement. Ensure sufficient material. Accountable for quality performance of ink. Check viscosity and color in good & correct Ensure operator to wear safety equipment Standby ink, trays and container for the next job. Mix paint and inks to blend with materials being printed and job order specification Evaluate job orders and specification to know details like number of materials to be printed, time given for collection, and color sequences Responsible for material traceability. Responsible to control material FIFO. Responsible to carry out 5S at ink room/ ink plant. Responsible to report and contain any ink/chemical spillage. Responsible to comply MSDS requirements

Requirements:

Possess at least SPM qualification. Possess at least 1 year of related working experience in manufacturing especially in printing functions. Self-discipline and punctuality, responsible and committed person. Must able to work in Puchong, Selangor. Able to work on shift pattern and work overtime
