Job Summary

Responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient workflow and upholding safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Set up machines and adjust settings for different product batches Inspect raw materials and finished goods for quality assurance Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on machinery Record production data including output, downtime, and quality metrics Assist with equipment changeovers and cleaning between production runs Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
