Key ResponsibilitiesBreakfast Operations

Set up the restaurant for breakfast service, including table arrangements, buffet setup, and cleanliness before opening. Welcome hotel guests and assist with seating during breakfast hours. Take breakfast orders, serve food and beverages, and clear tables promptly. Monitor buffet items and communicate with the kitchen to ensure timely replenishment. Ensure breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently, especially during peak hours.

Guest Service

Provide courteous and friendly service to hotel guests at all times. Attend to guest requests, dietary needs, and feedback professionally. Handle guest complaints or issues politely and escalate when necessary.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

Maintain high standards of cleanliness for dining areas, buffet stations, and service equipment. Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel SOPs at all times.

Teamwork & Support

Work closely with kitchen and hotel operations teams to ensure smooth coordination. Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
