- Responsible for network building, light network, Optical fiber and cable, fiber optic broadband setup and installation. - Responsible for outsourcing management team construction and organization - Responsible for contract negotiation and signing - Manage outsourcing expenses budget preparation and review, issuance of POs and the submission of settlement payments - Coordinate outsourcing during implementation and other related work
