Location: Seksyen 51, Petaling Jaya, Position: Technical Engineer (M&E) Headcount: 1 Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: Up to RM4,500 He or she shall report directly to Technical Operations Manager or designated team lead. To provide solutions to potential clients in the Critical Application and Data Centre industry for Data Centre infrastructure Monitoring (DCIM) requirements. To develop a strong foundation in engineering designs and implementation in Data Centre infrastructure Monitoring (DCIM) applications in the industry. To provide sound technical and design advice to ensure a smooth delivery of DCIM projects. To be actively involved in Data Centre project implementations, supporting the project team and consulting team in technical and design areas. To perform in house and on site DCIM installation and termination works. However, major cable containment shall be carried out by professional contractors under the Hawkeye engineer supervision. To perform preventive maintenance, remedial maintenance and troubleshooting on DCIM equipment. Requirements A recognized degree/diploma obtained from an institution of higher learning in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar disciplines. Holds at least 2 to 3 years\' experience in the engineering industry, typically in Building or Industrial Automation and ELV system. However, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Holds suffice knowledge in subjects of engineering, particularly on Electronic, Electrical Circuits and Power Systems, HVAC Systems, as well as Computer Aided Engineering (e.g. AutoCAD, CFD, BIM, etc.). Holds substantial knowledge and proficient in usage of Microsoft Office suite products, e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project. Able to work independently under pressure and meet critical timelines set by superior and management. Able to work long hours when required, especially during critical periods of the fiscal year. Able to show characteristics of passion, dedication and commitment to daily duties. Willingness and ability to work with teams, ability to build relationships using an open and respectful communication and collaboration style. Understanding and deep practice of company core values. A fast learner with strong analytical skill and willingness to accept new challenges. Adequate knowledge in networking and computer system will be added advantage.
