Customer Service & Dispensing
Lead in assisting customers with frame and lens selection, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality.
Provide expert consultation on advanced lens designs, coatings, and lifestyle-based solutions.
Perform precise measurements and adjustments to deliver optimal vision correction and comfort.
Ensure all spectacles undergo strict quality checks before collection.
Achieve and guide team towards sales targets through upselling and product knowledge.
Actively contribute to business strategies and customer experience improvements.
Assist in social media content creation (product features, eyewear tips, behind-the-scenes).
Collaborate with optometrists to deliver seamless customer care.
Conduct thorough eye examinations to assess visual acuity and overall eye health.
Offer expert advice on eyewear selection, fitting, and lens types.
Educate patients on proper eye care and the importance of regular eye health checks.
Maintain accurate records of patient history, examination results, and prescriptions.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in optical technologies and trends in eye care.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for patients.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Optometry (recognized qualification).
Valid registration with the Malaysian Optical Council (or eligibility to register).
Minimum 2 years' experience in optical dispensing.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and customer service skills.
In-depth knowledge of optics, lenses, and frames.
Ability to drive sales while maintaining customer-first service.
