Requirements
  • Possess at least a Primary School education; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply sales management, communication, negotiation, sales strategy, sales, and business development techniques.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur and adapt to the demands of a full-time retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of Miki Optometry.
  • Eagerness to learn about optometry and eye care products to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Responsibilities
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Present, promote, and sell Miki Optometry's products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their specific requirements.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
