We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for Oracle Business Development Manager, to work for Noventiq Malaysia. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a part of our Global Sales team. Job overview:
  • Selling our DWH/BI application to a large number of accounts in the local territory.
  • Primary job duty is to sell our solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
  • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in an area of specialization.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

  • Sales lead generation and pipeline management using Sales Force ,SAP , Oracle CRM or any Popular CRM platforms with regular, complete and concise updates Forecast accurately and execute deal closures in a structured and transparent manner.
  • Collaborate and across Oracle Line of Business stakeholders in the defined territory and within the various teams within the ISV organization.
  • Achieve revenue targets for our DWH/BI solutions for the EMEA region selling both to existing customers and to new logos.
  • Strategically engage customers with the view of building key relationships and creating the foundation for Application purchases.
  • Competency in positioning the portfolio at \xe2\x80\x9cC\xe2\x80\x9d level at a business, IT and operational level.
    Building a deep and active engagement model with Clients.
  • Creating a tailored \xe2\x80\x98case for transformation\xe2\x80\x99 and solution proposal with supporting business cases for each opportunity.

About you:
  • Min. 5-7 years of sales experience, successful sales track record.
  • Strong combined Sales & business development skills
  • Proven network of executive level contacts within the local region.
  • Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle\'s competitors.
  • Previous experience in business intelligence and Data Warehouse Solutions
  • Self-starter / independent worker
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner management experience would be beneficial
  • Proven problem solving capacity, including needs analysis and business justification skills
    Ability to travel in the region
