Open Position: Oracle Database Administrator (MNC Retail-based Company)

A MNC Retail-based Company is currently hiring an Oracle Database Administrator to come and join them in the Selangor company.

Key responsibilities include:

\xc2\xb7 Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle database software and related tools.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of Oracle databases, applying patches and updates as required.

\xc2\xb7 Implement and maintain database security measures, including user access controls, encryption, and auditing to protect sensitive data.

\xc2\xb7 Identify and resolve database performance issues by analyzing system performance, fine-tuning queries, and optimizing database configurations.

\xc2\xb7 Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including database schemas, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, administration, and performance tuning.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in database backup and recovery techniques, such as RMAN (Recovery Manager).

\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

\xc2\xb7 Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with technical teams, developers, and stakeholders.
