Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology

, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

ITIL V3 Foundation Certification

- Added Advantage.

Technical Solution Certification / Oracle Certifications

- Added Advantage: Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Certified Professional Developer (Financials module). Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate. Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) - Database or Applications track.

Technical & Functional Skills

Proficient in

Oracle E-Business Suite R12

architecture, development, and deployment. Expertise in

PL/SQL

,

Oracle Forms & Reports

,

BI Publisher

,

Workflow Builder

, and

OAF

customization. Experience developing and supporting

RICEW

components and

EBS APIs

, concurrent programs, and value set configurations. Integration experience using

Oracle SOA Suite

,

Web Services (REST/SOAP)

, or custom APIs. Strong understanding of

EBS Financials modules

(GL, AP, AR, FA) relevant to

banking operations

such as GL reconciliation, payment processing, and regulatory reporting. Experience with

Unix/Linux shell scripting

,

Oracle DB utilities

(SQLLoader, Data Pump).
Familiarity with

Oracle Alerts, AME (Approval Management Engine), FND tools

, and workflow administration. Skilled in

performance tuning, debugging, and optimization

of both custom and standard Oracle objects. Capable of interpreting functional requirements and transforming them into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Experience

5-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 development and production support. Proven record of designing and delivering

complex Oracle customizations and integrations

. Experience in high-volume, mission-critical environments -- preferably within

banking or financial services

. Familiarity with

ITIL-based change and incident management processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Experience:

ITIL-based change and incident management processe: 3 years (Preferred) Oracle EBS: 2 years (Required) complex Oracle customizations and integrations: 3 years (Preferred) banking or financial services.: 3 years (Preferred)
