As the Senior Oracle Functional Support Analyst you will support the global system end users by resolving both first level and more complex (second level) functional issues, as well as performing regular activities to ensure high availability and high performance of the systems in scope, meeting or exceeding user/stakeholder requirements and expectations.
What will your responsibilities be?

• Resolving technical issues related to Oracle Cloud Functions. This may involve troubleshooting issues with code, configuration, or infrastructure. And provide L1 and L2 level support
• Providing technical guidance to customers or internal teams on how to use Oracle Cloud Functions and how to troubleshoot issues
• Monitoring and maintaining system health and ensuring that it is functioning properly. This may involve monitoring system logs, setting up alerts, and performing regular system maintenance tasks
• Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex technical issues or to implement new features or functionality
• Documenting solutions to technical issues and maintaining a knowledge base of common issues and resolutions

What is required from you?

• 5+ years\' experience in an IT support area
• 5+ years\' experience working with Oracle R11i (legacy), R12.x (currently v12.1.3 & v12.2.5 & v12.2.9) and Oracle Cloud ERP Financials as a functional or techno-functional specialist
• 5+ years\' experience with Oracle SQL
• Excellent communication skills
