Job Title: Oracle Support (Patching) Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur Employment Type: 12 Months Contract (Renewable) Experience: 3-5 Years Language: Mandarin / Cantonese - Mandatory About the Role
You will play a key role in providing L2/L3 technical support for Oracle applications and databases. This includes troubleshooting issues, supporting patching activities, optimizing PL/SQL code, and ensuring system performance and stability. You'll collaborate closely with global functional and technical teams while contributing to continuous system improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle applications & databases Troubleshoot Oracle issues, PL/SQL code, and backend logic Develop & optimize PL/SQL procedures, triggers, functions, and packages Perform SQL and database performance tuning Support Oracle patching activities and system enhancements Work on integration & data migration support Maintain documentation and knowledge base
Requirements

Bachelor's in Computer Science / IT or related field 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle application/db support Strong Oracle SQL & PL/SQL development skills Understanding of Oracle DB architecture & performance tuning Experience supporting or integrating Java-based applications Strong communication & teamwork skills Mandarin / Cantonese language proficiency required
Preferred Skills

Exposure to Oracle EBS modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, BI Publisher Familiarity with WebLogic, IAM, SSO Understanding of ITIL practices Basic Java (Spring Boot, JSP, Servlets) Experience with Oracle JDeveloper
