Job Description

- Proficient in Mandarin for effective team communication.
- High school education or above.
- All candidates are welcome, careful and conscientious, service-minded, and proficient in using software such as Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Responsible for reviewing customer order goods/quantity/price/ensuring accuracy.
- Responsible for shipping orders and order follow-up processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
- Responsible for order analysis, sales data statistics, etc., providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory data to leaders and relevant departments to ensure inventory safety.
- Responsible for calculating the amount of advertising materials, placing orders, logistics docking, after-sales claims, etc.
- Work is taught by colleagues.
- Salary RM, details negotiable.
- EPF, SOCSO.
- Annual Leave.
