Overview:

Enter and process all customer purchase orders in the system for customers and maintain daily communication with customers regarding order status, product availability, lead times, pricings, etc. Working under general supervision will be required to execute assignments, which may be broad in nature and vary depending on needs/focus of sales and internal department.

The Order Experience team is responsible for the accurate entry of purchase order information from the sales team or directly from Zebra's customers into Zebra's Ordering system. They act as a subject matter expert on all matters related to the orders, responding to inquiries from management, Zebra's sales teams and the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Administer hardware and service order entry via manual, ZSP or EDI.
  • Manage day to day sales orders from receipt to billing.
  • Administer stock rotation/return requests and ensure adherence to policy and procedure
  • Administer price adjustment credits and debits.
  • Administer order schedule changes with customers and fulfilment arrangements.
  • Manage customer complaints (such as delivery issues, expediting) and liaise with internal Zebra associates to provide resolutions.
  • Ensure timely responses are always provided to customers, sales and internal stakeholders on queries related to business.
  • Attend necessary review and meeting with stake holders to review open orders status.
  • Partner with internal cross function team to support regional revenue target.
  • Drive toward achieving high attainment of OM such as booking speed within 1 biz day, SOX audit compliance, unbookable orders, resolution of unbookable orders, maintain perfect order and improve on e-adoption rate
  • Execute OM work cadence/ activities.
  • Perform other duties assigned as required.
  • Build strong customers/sales relationship
  • Manage customers/ accounts who are of higher business criticality or have more complexities in compliance based on history
Able to conduct weekly reviews with stake holders on order status and plan to support backlogs

Qualifications

Qualification:
  • Customer service-related experience
  • At least 1 year experience in related job background
Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong process adherence.
  • Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Customer service values / orientation
  • Solid knowledge of product and service order policies and processes
  • Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management).
  • Strong communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, using proper language and communication channels.
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills.
