This position is a 6-month contract. As an Order Fulfillment Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and shipped in a timely manner. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers across APAC to ensure their requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing full import and export shipping documents and possess fluency in Mandarin. • Receive, prioritize, and process customer orders
• Schedule and release orders for shipment according to internal policy and customer requirements using SAP
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal stakeholders such as sales offices, dealers, Special Orders teams, and manufacturing facilities across APAC
• Verify and maintain records and documentation on incoming or outgoing shipping documents, i.e., packing list, Bill of Lading (BL), shipping permit, etc.
• Investigate and resolve complex customer inquiries
• Manage post-sales quality and warranty issues
• Participate in system migration and any ad-hoc projects as required

• Added advantage: Experience in preparing full import and export shipping documents and familiarity with different Incoterms
• Proficient in speaking and writing in Mandarin
• Comfortable being on stand-by during Malaysia public holidays to avoid business disruption

• Exposure in similar Business Services, Forwarding companies, or Shipping industries
• Experience in planning, organizing, and prioritizing work
• Able to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
