Generate quotation/RFQ/web quote
Process orders/delivery notes /invoices/ credit note
Manage rescheduling per company guidelines.
Resolve customer issue: RMA, delivery and claims
Handle customer forms/agreement/ contracts.
Coordinate sample, catalogue and marketing material fulfillment
Compile benchmark and complaint reports regularly
Joint customer visits with account owner when needed
Actively participate in meetings and take minutes
Support company stocktaking activities
Answering of phone calls within stipulated.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirement:
Diploma in Business Administration (2 - 3 years experiences in Electronic Industry preferred.
Fluent in English (written & spoken), Mandarin is an added advantage
Proficient in Excel formulas, functions, and pivot tables
Strong customer services and phone marketing skills
Material planning experience is a plus
Independent, dynamic and persuasive
Analytical thinker with a strong conceptual and problem solving skill

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
