Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the entire sales order process, encompassing all post-sales tasks. Collaboration with the Operations and Sales teams is essential to address customer inquiries, deliver product and service information, and resolve product and supply chain challenges efficiently.

• Offer assistance to all clients to ensure a high degree of satisfaction
• Foster robust relationships with customers
• Coordinate the preparation of shipping documents to guarantee prompt product delivery, communicating customer expectations with plant and warehouse personnel
• Manage requests from customers for samples and quotations
• Oversee registration processes in collaboration with the Regulatory department
• Follow up on accounts receivable
• Monitor orders on a daily basis, take ownership of the order book, and aid in forecasting for the Demand Planner
• Effectively handle customer claims with the support of the Quality Control team
• Maintain close collaboration with the Customer Service team at headquarters, as well as production teams in various locations (France, China, Indonesia, etc.)
• Take charge of the Customer Promise initiative for assigned customers and ensure plant teams adhere to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Support and coordinate customer visit programs in Singapore, France, etc.
• Undertake any other administrative duties that may be assigned.

• Completion of a diploma or higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
• A work history of 3-5 years in an import/export position, preferably within an international trading company or an MNC setting.
• Essential expertise in logistics operations and customer service.
• Proficiency in customs procedures related to food ingredients.
• Capability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional organisation.
