Order Management Team Lead (pj / Shah Alam)

Job Description
The Order Management Team Lead plays a key role in overseeing the order management process and leading a team of order management specialists to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.
- Team Leadership:Lead and supervise a team of order management specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance, productivity, and professional development.
- Order Processing:Oversee the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
- Escalation Handling:Handle escalated order issues or customer complaints, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Fluent in English as you are required to deal with regional stakeholders
- Minimum 3-5 years order processing, order management, supply chain, logistics or relevant experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Added advantage for candidates who have experienced in using SAP system
- Multiple positions available: APAC shift (Monday-Friday, normal working hours 8.30am-5.30pm malaysia time) OR ANZ shift (Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm Malaysia time)
