A leading manufacturing multinational corporation. With a 3 billion USD worldwide market, it is looking to expand its Malaysia shared services center and hire Order Management/Sales Support, Supervisor/AM/Team Leader talents. There are junior up to senior positions available across the function.Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of associates handling the "Order to Cash" process through phone, email, and e-commerce channels.
• US Shift hours: 8:30pm - 5:30am Malaysia Hours, Working shifts may change depending on mangament directions.
• Works closely with customers, sales, operations, and supply chain to provide accurate and timely responses to all customer inquiries.
• Collaborates with sales and customer service representatives to fulfill customer needs.
• Acts as the main contact for complex questions and escalations.
• Ensures Pall\'s policies and procedures are up-to-date and followed to meet compliance requirements.
• Guides and mentors associates in their career growth.
• Communicates Company\'s vision and leads by example.

Requirement

• Bachelor\'s degree in Communication, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering or any professional qualification.
• Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, order management, business/sales support.
• Applicants with working experience of SAP ERP system will be prioritised.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to solve customer problems and inquiries in a high demand, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
