Order Process Management Officer

Job Description

  • Coordinating with factory/warehouse on monthly delivery schedule and shipment documents
  • Documents archiving
  • Admin duties - Generation of Sales Order List for filling
  • Participate in process automation initiatives to increase productivity, workflow optimization and procedures
Parts Procurement
  • Check stock availability or alternative parts
  • Issue PO to related factory
  • Monitor/follow-up on overdue orders backlog
  • Adhere to SOP document process
Administrative Support
  • Support/back up team member on related Order Admin matters
  • Provide support to Mgr including analysing business process & workflow to identify room for improvement
