To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\'re looking to add a Technical Process Management Engineer located in Prai, Penang. What a typical day looks like: Contributing process & product technical expertise to product development. Key liaison for new process development. Key liaison for customers on NPI program operation related. Own the development and coordination / input for NPI equipment / fixture quotations. Convey the customer\'s voice and strategy to internal team. Establish overall project milestones, coordinate project timeline with production planner on project build per prioritization (NPI to Pilot build) Lead and drive production readiness meeting with internal cross-function team on 4M readiness such as material CTB, machine/tooling readiness, headcount/team support and method to run the build in order to fulfill customization request by customer before product build. Regular/Weekly conference with customer (individual NPI group) to review NPI status, project schedule, material, manufacturing readiness and NPI related issue. Coordinate Prototype build shipment per customer requirement.
