Job Purpose The Order Processing role assists sales teams with sales order tasks. These tasks include creating orders, sending contracts for signature, obtaining approvals for discounts and other critical order processing functions to ensure on-time delivery. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who has a keen eye for detail, asks questions to clarify understanding, and has the desire to ensure data is correct. They will work closely with other members of the sales team They will work closely with other sales team members and sales operation personnel. Accountabilities & Responsibilities ; 1] Liaise with the salesperson to ensure orders are booked in a timely per forecast. Preparation On Sales Documentation (Quotation, Delivery Order, Invoice, Letter To Customers etc) 2] Work closely with the salesperson to ensure forecast accuracy and SFDC data hygiene. 3] Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of data and transactions in the system at all times. This includes updating and managing tracking spreadsheets. 4] Ensures the integrity of client information maintained in the database systems Liaise with local and overseas suppliers/vendors and assist in day-to-day customer service activities. 5] Performs QA self-check and peers-check 6] Prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines, paying attention to details 7] Willing to work under pressure with extended work hours when it is required. 8] The management or supervisor will assign any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary. Qualification and Skills required ; 1] Possess at least a Diploma in any related field or its equivalent (or compensated according to related working experience) 2] Min of 3-5 years of sales support, order processing role. Preferable candidate with knowledge of sales order processing/purchasing. 3] Added advantage for candidates who have experience in using CRM, Salesforce, or other similar software. 4] Possess strong administrative, planning, and organizational capabilities. Possess strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, analytical and strategic planning skills. 5] Proficient in Mandarin & English, with good Mathematics, Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Outlook. 6] A good understanding of the Sales/buying cycle and the ability to handle dispute cases. 7] Vacancy available in Kelana Centre Point, Kelana Jaya (on-site
