(customer side) and

internal departments

(Production, Purchasing, and Logistics). Monitors

material availability

inventory planning

for new customer orders. Prepares

order tracking reports

delivery performance

, and identifies improvement areas. Need to liaise with almost all dept in the operation Review and confirm customer purchase orders and specifications. Prepare order plans in coordination with Production and Purchasing teams. Monitor material readiness and ensure timely supply from vendors. Coordinate shipment arrangements with the Logistics team and ensure export/import documentation is accurate. Maintain and update order tracking systems and delivery schedules. Communicate regularly with customers regarding order status, lead times, and delivery updates. Analyze forecast vs actual demand, and adjust plans accordingly. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on order performance, inventory, and delivery status. Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes. AN
Job Specification

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 1/2 years of experience in order planning, demand planning, or supply chain coordination (preferably in manufacturing or trading environment)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
