If you are ready to embark on a journey of innovation and impact, join us as our Order & Supply Chain Specialist.Job PurposeManage key pricing systems for Roche Malaysia and external stakeholders.Support pricing and market access strategies.Ensure pricing governance, compliance, and operational excellence.Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Stay ahead with proactive market intelligence updates.Job Scope & ResponsibilitiesGeneral Pricing and Tender ManagementInternal: Maintain pricing integrity and accessibility for stakeholders.External: Collaborate with customers and partners for pricing and sales operations.Manage e-Perolehan system, tender monitoring, and quotations.Resolve order queries and manage special import permits.Operational ExcellenceSupport strategic pricing and tender projects.Administer public access and government procurement.Implement pricing strategies and conduct data analysis.Lead Bumi agent evaluations and pricing reviews.Customer and Vendor ManagementFoster connections with Bumi agents & MOH to support sales and tender data analysis.Collaborate with teams to provide market intelligence and research.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Life Science or related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or, a minimum of 1 year of experience in pricing, tender management, or related roles.Proficiency in MS Office suite and pricing systems eg: SAP S4 is added advantage.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication especially in English & Malay and relationship management abilities.Contract DetailsThis is a 1-year contract position with the potential for conversion to permanent based on performance.Join Our Team!If you are passionate about driving pricing excellence, building strong partnerships, and contributing to strategic initiatives, we invite you to be part of our dynamic team.
