Job Description

• Conduct daily inspection on the factory premises to ensure safe working environment and practices are in place
• Ensure Visitors, Suppliers and Employees are complying to HSE requirements
• Organizing safety training and education to enhance safety awareness and safety skill for workers example, HSE Induction, HSE toolbox, UCUA
• To help in handle & work with others Department to ensure policies/guidelines & programs are being implemented successfully, effective risk assessment, control measures, standard operating procedure, audit & inspection, updating & performance monitoring review.
• To prepare monthly HSE report and ensure correct information and data of SHE being reported on timely & well in compliance manner. Speak up HSE gap arise & take active role with relevant parties to keep the gap mitigated or closed timely & effectively.
• To inspect the place of work to determine whether any machinery, plant, equipment, substance, appliance or process or any description of manual labour used in the place of work, is of such nature liable to cause bodily injury to any person working in the place of work.
• Ensure all legal and inspections requirements by DOSH, DOE and BOMBA are met. This includes to assist with Department of Occupational Safety and Health, Malaysia (DOSH), DOE or BOMBA officer in carrying out his duty under the Act or any regulations made under the Act.
• Setup, schedule, and prepare minutes meeting for safety committee meeting, as well as emergency response teams once every 3 months
• Investigate accidents and prepare accident reports, and liaise with related department and external health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents to prevent their recurrence.
• Ensure all Fire fighting equipment are in good condition at all time

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Operational Safety & Health: 1 year (Preferred)
