Salary Range:

• RM 5000 - RM 5500

• Registered as OSH Officer with DOSH Director of General & possess a least Diploma / Degree in OSH.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position
• Well-versed with OSHA, BOMBA, DOE & local authorities.
• Computer literate & have good communication skills
• Independent, self-motivated & have pleasant skills and willing to travel.

• Inspecting production equipment's and practices to make sure they are safe.
• Keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or breaks of regulations.
• Continuing improvement to ensure sustained compliance to OSH laws by assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of the operations.
• Participating in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques including identify & implement OSH training.
• Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business process.
• Sharing information, suggestions and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the production team & the entire company.
• Liaising with law enforcement (relevant government departments & OSHE authorities) and other investigators who are present at the time of a serious accident. Finding the best way to prevent future accident.
• Reviewing & reporting on the employee compliance with safety & health rules & responsibilities & recommending commendations or dismissal based on safety compliances performance.
• Ensure compliance of OSH environment reporting.
