Job Scope
You'll contribute to the success of the exhibitions and conferences by driving exhibitor and delegate participation through structured outreach, while supporting operational execution.
Conduct outbound calling activities to secure exhibitor sign-ups, delegate registrations, and sponsor leads.
Identify client needs and recommend suitable participation packages in a consultative selling approach.
Build, manage, and follow up on lead pipelines using CRM and tracking tools.
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, editorial, and design teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
Prepare and send sales follow-ups, briefing kits, and client-facing proposals.
Assist with event operations and on-site support, ensuring smooth coordination with participants.
Engage with clients pre-event and post-event to support rebooking and retention.
Generate weekly reporting on outreach progress, leads, and conversions.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation for team reporting.
Support internal team briefings and post-event reflections with client insights.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or outbound calling, with clear sales performance metrics.
Minimum 6 months' exposure to event or conference environments (any role: coordination, support, marketing, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language ability (e.g. Mandarin) is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM system experience is a plus.
Comfortable working with sales targets and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
Energetic team player with a "can-do" attitude and willingness to support event operations.
Flexibility to work extended or weekend hours during major exhibitions or show days.
