Job Description


1) Candidates have at least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or a related field.2) Proven experience in the travel agency field or in a similar travel-related role.3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5) Proficient in using relevant computer software and travel booking platforms.6) Ability to deliver, persuade, and communicate effectively7) Proficient in various areas of travel (group/individual)8 ) Proficiency in English. Additional language knowledge is a plus9) Dealing with B2B customers & agents.Responsibilities1) Attend daily activities in a highly professional and adequate manner.2) Respond to all supplier/agent inquiries on time with high professionalism, well-presented offers, fully required and most competitive rates to realize maximum business.3) Receive a confirmed booking with all required information from the agent and open the file on the internal system.4) Ensure that all work is carried out in a correct and timely manner in accordance with the services ordered according to the needs of each file.5) Arrange meetings & assistance, accommodation, transportation, restaurants, guidance and other related services, according to the client\'s itinerary.6) Facilitating smooth and easy service implementation from arrival to departure. On duty at the airport (If any).7) Send service confirmation to supplier/agent on time with full information, fast and professional way.8) Comply with all supplier/agent requirements to give them maximum satisfaction and create supplier/agent loyalty.9) Follow-up of cash payments / supplier advances in coordination with accounts to eliminate any issues, which may affect the service.10) Coordinate with other departments, transportation and ground operations to ensure all services are performed according to the customer\'s itinerary with accuracy and quality.11) Prepare related presentations and memos for the Operations Department.12) Handle unexpected problems and complaints and determine eligibility for refunds.13) Get supplier/agent feedback about the service provided to the customer, positive and negative views to improve the service14) Other tasks directed by the managementBenefits
