Job Description

• Supervise the entire outbound logistics process from vehicle transfer at the manufacturing facility to delivery at dealership locations, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficiency while overseeing third-party logistics partners.

Managing Domestic Logistics (80%)

• Set logistics goals that align with business objectives to improve efficiency, reliability, and timeliness, covering areas like transport costs and delivery times.
• Oversee the movement of vehicles and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with dealers and suppliers for smoother operations.
• Lead and support the logistics team to enhance their skills.

Leading Business Flow Projects (20%)

• Lead projects for business growth, system changes, and meeting new regulatory requirements.
• Design efficient operational processes.
• Ensure timely implementation to avoid disruptions in sales.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Previous role involved supervisory or team leadership responsibilities, effectively managing logistics teams.
• Good understanding of transportation regulations, compliance, and customs in automotive distribution.
• Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for collaboration with teams, partners, and dealerships.
• Skilled in problem-solving in fast-paced settings, making data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP for reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
• Fluent in business English for speaking, reading, and writing.
